[UK] Post-doctoral on University of Cambridge

Centre for Financial Analysis & Policy (CFAP) is an independent research group, part of Cambridge Finance (CF), University of Cambridge. CF brings together researchers in the Departments of Economics, Mathematics, Law, and Judge Business School (http://www.finance.group.cam.ac.uk).

CFAP is expanding and applications are invited for tenure track post-doctoral positions. These involve fulltime research followed by research and limited teaching prior to tenure decision.

Research areas:

* Financial Crises and Contagion
* International Financial Regulation
* Liquidity, Flows and Stocks, and Macro-Economy
* Financial Bubbles
* Household Finance

You should complete your PhD prior to taking up appointment. You should have an interest in any area of finance. We are looking particularly for candidates with interest in empirical issues regarding household savings and portfolio choice. Applications from theoretical and applied fields are welcome. You should demonstrate a strong commitment to research and publications in refereed academic journals. Latest starting date: October 2010. Salary range £27.183-£46.278.

Interviews will take place at AEA/AFA Meetings, Atlanta, January 3-5 2010. Please indicate whether you will be in Atlanta between those dates.
